This month, we set out to find something special from Brazil, something that surprises and delights. We're excited to share this coffee with you for the month of June!

This coffee stood out from the samples we are tasting with its clarity, nice acidity like apricot with aftertaste reminds us of TOOTSIE ROLL! 

We’ll be sharing more specific notes and thoughts on this coffee every week for the next 3 weeks, so you can follow how it evolves over time.

Our coffee is great right after roasting, but we highly recommend trying it as the weeks go by to experience how it changes day by day.
